Most of the people working here are either dumbs or treat people according to color of their skin. I was in Ringwood Road retail park store with my kid. I asked a girl if she can help find the right shoe size. I was told to waiit as she was busy with other coustemer, so I waited and waited and waited even tried finding other staff members. A lot of them passed us and never bothered to ask us if we were served. So I went to find this girl and guess what she was busy chattig with another girl doinig nothing and not serving any customer. They finally did not have the size I wanted and was a total waste of my time. If you are going to sports direct and are person of colored skin, don't be surprised if get ignored or find nodboy to help you.

We were served by Josh and I have to say as regular customers ar this shop we never had such an amazing service - not only he took time to help us pick football boots for our son, but also showed him how to tie shoe laces. Our son was so impressed he has been practicing at home and now can do his own shoes up. So thank you Josh, for taking time and we have very happy little boy!

My sons first ever visit to this particular store today, Sunday 10th October. As his mother, I feel it important to give children who are responsible, some freedom to navigate their way around and what better way than to allow him to go shopping with his equally responsible and very polite, friends. Sadly, their excitement at shopping alone was completely ruined, thanks to an extremely rude, unprofessional and miserable female member of staff. She made them feel nervous, upset and confused as to why she seemed intent on making their visit so uncomfortable when all they wanted was some kind assistance. I understand retail work can be hard work and I really do appreciate that sometimes, customers are difficult. These children do not fit into that category at all. They are thoughtful, polite and kind children. I will be taking this matter further. To the assistant at Sports direct Bournemouth town centre, you completely ruined what should have been an exciting day for these children. I hope you're proud of yourself.

Lady on the shopfloor who got the trainers for us was very polite, was pleased with the service until we got to the till where we wanted to exchange the trainers for a different pair. Poor after sales, female cashier kept making a point that we were returning an item whilst purchasing others. Made us feel very intimidated and like we were doing something bad by returning something when we had simply bought the wrong size. Will stick to the ringwood road store where the staff are much more friendly.
