Needed a pair of trainers visited the store a gentleman whose name was Tom served me he was extremely polite and helpful I needed to try on several pairs before I found a pair that fitted he never gave up on me it was a pleasure to visit the store. Even the lady at the cash desk was equally helpful and efficient. I will definitely use this store again.

Need to open a bigger store in the town centre rather than where you are which is not in the centre. Then you can offer more varied stock like the one I used to live near in Borehamwood. There are plenty of larger sites available in Clacton. Please relocate.

I went in store today looking for a pair of sliders for the pool on my upcoming holiday, I always buy Adidas ones have been for year's , spoke to Kieran a member of their sales team, excellent communication and advice walked out upon his recommendation of new extremely comfortable Lonsdale ones , very happy customer, thanks again Kieran .not used to quality staff in any sports direct stores , it should be noted if your boss reads this .good luck.
