mark haynes5 StarI walked in looking for a small shoulder bag, I looked around for maybe 30 seconds, before I was greeted by a smiling employee, he asked if he could help, I explained what I was looking for and he duly directed me to exactly what I wanted. I found a decent converse bag, which is great, it was £17.99 down to £12.99
So a fiver off, happy days.
I queued for maybe 3 minutes, before a checkout became vacant, then off on my jolly way. All in all, a top notch shopping experience. Good work guys.Saturday 18th June 2022

Hanna Fleur Preston-Bircham2 StarAbsolutely shocking staff, I've been twice in a week looking for different items. When I ask staff have no idea where anything is or how to help me. They just look stunned and say " I don't really know, sorry" then wonder off.
I've ended up finding what I want but the staff couldn't give a flying fox I bet they are underpaid and have no incentives.Tuesday 21st June 2022
