Poorly trained staff who openly admit head office don't meet their needs, struggle to meet EYFS regulations with regards to complaints proceedures and standard timeframes, regular invoice mistakes and an overall concern for child wellbeing.
A long trail of (recorded) lies from management with regards to various issues.
Reported to Ofsted for further investigation.
