Having used another local care service beforehand, I could compare and contrast the differences, and see how superior this company was in many ways, until my father's death 3 weeks ago. Their approach is to see the patient as a person rather than a client, and to this end I have witnessed a swift response to changing care needs, and personal sacrifice to fulfil them. Their prices are very competitive, and the accounts are carefully detailed and clear. Many thanks to Hellen and her team, which included her husband a couple of times. Their services had to terminate all too soon, and my mother was sorry to see them go. Perhaps in a few years she will be delighted to engage their services personally.

Spring valley care services have been doing my care since may 2019. They treat me with dignity and respect. They use a person-centred care approach which enables a person to have more choice in their day-to-day care needs. They have supported me on outreach to Gloucestershire when a relative is seriously ill. They have supported me at a family funeral where it was noted how professional they were as a care company. They allow me to to have an active social life within my my local community so I can visit my friends and family and attend my social activities within the community. They've allowed me to feel like a person and not just like a client as they treat you like they would like to see their own relatives to be treated if they were in similar situations. They are an excellent family firm who's care team understand and the importance of domiciliary care within the home. Much to my aunt's delight they are do not mind her visiting trainee assistance dog many care companies would not like... So this is a big thumbs up from her as well Well done spring valley care

Excellent care company which uses person-centred care they looked after mother for the past 6-months. Every day she was smiling and and was very happy. She has been enjoyed many trips on outreach with the care company and look forward to to her days out. She has visited Eastcote house gardens Ruislip Lido the local pub and visited her friends and family as well. She is encouraged to as much as she's able to and is listened to by the carers. Her independence has grown with this company how long with her confidence. My mother was a shy person who would not really communicate. Spring Valley care has bought her out of her shell giving her and enthusiasm for life which I haven't seen for a long time. The care company treat her like a person and not a client they respect her home and respect my mother and treated with dignity at all times full stop it has been an absolute pleasure working with spring Valley care. Even the district nurses have noticed the changing my mother since his care company has been doing her care air as she seems much more positive with life and even smiles when they come to do their daily visits.
