St John's Church

We continue to keep a close eye on the guidance both from the Government and the Church of England. As of April 2022 all legal restrictions have been lifted. Some wish to continue to wear face-masks and we support you in that choice. We are blessed with plenty of space at St John’s so while there is no legal requirement for social distancing, you may keep your distance from those outside your household by sitting in one of the side aisles. Please continue to follow good hygiene and use the sanitiser provided. Holy Communion remains in one kind only for the time being, and the peace is shared with a wave rather than a handshake. We continue to pray for and deeply value those who are clinically very vulnerable and do not feel comfortable coming back to church. Online provision continues in the form of pre-recorded talks and live streaming on Wednesdays. We take safeguarding very seriously.
