The luxury Stable Cottage is a very indulgent and stylish, family-friendly luxury holiday cottage on the north Norfolk coast, located close to the stunning Blue Flag sandy beach in the fishing village of East Runton, near Cromer on the north Norfolk coast. With accommodation set over two floors, this well-designed and luxurious property will delight both adults and children alike, so you’re assured of the best of breaks possible. Offering three spacious and sumptuous bedrooms each with their own en suites or private bathroom, and secure walled rear garden, off-road parking and because it is dog friendly – what more could you possibly want for a luxury holiday cottage on the Norfolk coast !
Our guests always remark on how wonderfully tranquil and private they feel. This is because Stable Cottage has been equipped to offer warm, cosy and inviting accommodation. It has three sumptuous bedrooms with shining contemporary en-suite bathrooms, luxury oak floors and stairway. All the rooms have huge beds, beautiful linen, fabulous décor and lighting, plus unlimited FREE WiFi Internet access.
The outside has a landscaped flint walled garden with a gas barbeque, luxury private hot tub, table tennis table, and new Games room, it is ideal for picnics and gatherings. To complete the ‘home from home’ feel, well behaved dogs are also welcome to come and enjoy the beautiful surroundings this part of the world has to offer. Family or friends will stay in absolute luxury only 300 meters from the Blue Flag beach. But there’s more, there is even a wheel chair friendly double bedroom with en suite on the ground floor so the elderly or guests with mobility issues will be relaxed, safe and comfortable.

Caroline B4 StarLovely cottage with great facilties and fantastic location for beach. Beach has lifeguards and good for body boarding. Nice walks and national trust places locally. Decor clean and good quality but not modern and it is getting dated - but is as shown on website. Owners friendly and seem very helpful. Would recommend.Sunday 8th August 2021

The house was immaculate with fantastic facilities. Only a short walk to the beach, great for dog walks.
Nick and the team were warm and friendly. Lovely touch with the welcome pack and Christmas decorations.
Lots to do inside and out. Good for all ages of children and teens.

Dennis Waites5 StarAmazing place, incredibly well looked after and the owners are really nice down to earth people. We told them we got married during the week we stayed here and they said they'd have sorted us out something nice if they knew.
If i make a suggestion then definitely, definitely get Chef 2 Dine in. These two know their way around the house and besides being super nice the food is seriously top notch.
As being one of the two getting married we had the master bedroom with the master bathroom. The shower is nice, but the bath is superb. Big enough for 2 people 😉

The attention to detail is fantastic so many little touches there is everything you need to enjoy a getaway with a large group - whether rain or shine. Nicely located to explore the North Norfolk House you may find yourself not wanting to step outside the perimeter!
Highlights include hot tub, spacious garden with trampoline and great for hide and seek. Or just seeking the sun. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms manhole en suite. 3d TV playstation 3, lots of wireless audio equipment, games selection books, pool table, children's toys. And a kitchen equipped for everything.
I could go on. Of course this comes with a price tag but the owners will make you feel very welcome and settle you in with a tour of the property and how to use the magnificent Agar.Monday 13th June 2016
