A beautifully renovated Victorian stables building providing 7 self-contained en-suite apartments, each sleeping 4-5, with lounge area, gallery bedroom and fully-fitted kitchen. Set in a rural area of Derbyshire, the accommodation is ideal for business or leisure and is the perfect location for overnight stop-offs, weekend breaks, family holidays and special events.
The extensive grounds with their large grassed areas provide plenty of safe space for children to run and play.
The Stables Lodge is pet-friendly with a secure dog-run. Some of our lodges are maintained ‘pet-free’ and are available on request if preferred.

DeMa5 StarJust home from a week at Stables Lodge in Derbyshire. Was fantastic. Lodge clean throughout, no concerns in regards to the cleanliness and management of the properties due to COVID. When we mentioned a couple of issues they were fixed immediately. Lovely, dog friendly place to stay to explore the nearby countryside. Will definitely be back!Saturday 10th July 2021

My only reason for four stars is that I found the mattress of the bed quite hard! Otherwise, great location, clean lodge and was lovely to have milk, tea and sugar provided. Lesley Wright2 StarWe stayed the weekend before Christmas. We found the accommodation to be tired, particularly the wet room. Some of the 'out of sight, out of mind' surfaces could do with a good dust/vacuum and although two tvs were provided, they did not work well. We suggest a change of pillows on the bed and a Christmas decoration or two would have made all the difference. We chose this accommodation because we wanted something more than bland, brand name accommodation. Unfortunately, having paid more than we would have done with a brand name, we didn't consider our stay good value for the amount of money paid. We are further disappointed, because, having completed a feedback form, we are still awaiting a response 😞Tuesday 14th January 2020
