So far so good. Very impressive showroom and staff were very professional and friendly especially Trish. Look forward to see what future brings. Went back for a checkup on my boot which failed to close. Nothing was too much for the service dept. They attended to it promptly, repaired the mechanism and all was done within 30 minutes. I was very impressed and will definitely be using them again. 5 🌟 to the mechanic whose name escape me.

Collected our new Tucson last week and are very pleased with the car. We were given a full test drive of the vehicle prior to purchase and we found Tim Coulson very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We have used Staceys as they are a local, family-run business and would highly recommend them

I have only praise for Stacey's. The Ioniq 5 was sold to me at list price while other dealerships were asking over-the-odds even for used cars. They were completely clear that, while this is a brand new car, it is a 22.5 model, not a 23 model. They were happy that I arrange for it to be transported and had it ready at the agreed time. It was beautifully presented. They tell me they will call in a couple of weeks to see how I am getting on and that I can ask them anything in the interim. The entire process has been straightforward. I have dealt with James Stacey who is clearly happy to be part of a thriving family business.
