Had a new zip fitted to my fleece, completely ruined the it.Left a hole at the bottom, the standard was really bad. Charged me £15 but I couldn't wear it. Ended buying a new top.

I Took a pair of jeans there to be taken up and they was ruined when I got them back . They didn’t do what I asked them to and then had the cheek to blame me (lol) they tried to fix them again but some how made a skinny pair of jeans become flared. And wouldn’t take any responsibility . No apologies no nothing. I went past there again the other day and the jeans I had on start shaking with fear of being butchered by the tailor . Lol Stay well away people

Brought a couple of things here before and had a fine experience. Coat button and jumper sleeves all done fine, not amazing but good enough. Took a (very expensive) jumpsuit to be hemmed here, she cut it too short than what I asked for (I pinned it at home so knew how long it was meant to be), and hemmed it wonky. She tried to convince me it wasn’t “that wonky”- ridiculous. Took it back and she tried again but different hem she tried came out even worse and now when I take it to a new person it might end up even shorter as fabric short and weirdly stretched out. Basically- don’t bring anything expensive to be altered here, will probably not turn out how you want it to & potentially even be ruined!

Brought a couple of clothes to fix, basically small holes in clothes. The quality of the works are very unaesthetic and poor. She forgot one clothes do saw, then she didn't finish it in time, I needed to wait in the shop while she was working and then she complained that she will be late for her evening programme. Wouldn't recommend at all.
