She was always at the other end of the phone to answer all our questions. I am new in the UK and my english is not good. I was worried about the hassles I may have encountered during mortgage application beforehand. I was so lucky to have Sophie helping me sort everything out. Sophie was very patient and supportive. She explained everything clearly to me. Sophie also worked efficiently and kept me updated all the time. My mortgage application got approved quickly. She also communicated very well with my solicitor and the bank and she arranged all insurances I needed with thorough explanation prior to exchange of contracts.
