DO NOT book with this company, they are not based in standstead abbots. I had booked online for a 4:30am airport pick up, I had a confirmation email, but I still had a funny feeling so I called up to confirm which they read my address back to me and confirmed all ok for the morning. At 4:28am I receive an email to say it has been cancelled. I called the number which was ‘century cars’ based in London and he explains it was cancelled cause they have an error and left us without a taxi at 4:30am with a flight to catch. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
