DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give minus stars I would. The driver arrived late, and to make matters worse, while taking my suitcase out he broke not one but both of my suitcase handles. Unfortunately in a rush I had paid him in the car. Once I checked in I called up the company and spoke to Sam (the person I made the booking though) to make him aware of my complain, he said he would speak to the driver and get back to me. Once I had return from my holiday, I contacted Sam, and he accused me of lying! His driver said the handle was broken before! I was fuming at this point and asked what the complains procedure is, apparently there isn't one. Drives mishandling your properly is not they concern. If you don't want your luggages broken then please don't use this company! The worst I have ever experienced!!!

I've used Star Taxis few times for Airport (Heathrow) drop-offs, and was very pleased with their service. Cars were clean and comfortable, and more importantly on-time. I would recommend them for business and family travels alike.
