We have just been involved in a road traffic accident with a lorry, we have been really shaken up and Emily from this site brought us water etc to keep us calm and keep us going. What a wonderful gesture, God bless this wonderful girl, such a massive thank you to her! If this was my establishment I would promote her 100%… What a wonderful caring woman. A huge thank you once again, well done Starbucks ♥️

Stopped for a rest stop after travelling from London and we were very pleased to find out that this Starbucks was dog friendly!!! The dog enjoyed going for a quick look and getting a drink whilst we had our drinks and visited the rest room. It's pretty difficult to find dog friendly services on the main roads and so we will definitely be visiting again. Drinks were of normal Starbucks standard and overall it was a great experience.

Bad experience: Poor latte costing £4 and served in paper cups despite asking for a ceramic mug!! Panini's now £5 and with less filling than before! Every time I come to Starbucks it gets worse and worse.... On the bright side there's a nice view of the A1. 👍

Vehicle broke down, afternoon of 28th, and managed to park up on site. Staff extremely helpfull and welcoming. Staff were also kind enough to look after keys, in their safe, until AA recovery following day.

This was a drive through and anyone who stops regularly at these places knows not to expect too much! I have to say this was by far the cleanest and most friendly I have ever stopped at. Congratulations to the staff team for an excellent short and pleasurable stop! 👏👏👏👌
