Nice coffee, friendly staff, it wasn't busy at the time of visit. Toilets were reasonably clean. Pumpkin spice was nice. We missed a service on the M5, this was a nice surprise.

Nothing special going on here. The coffee was average and the staff were nice enough. It was quiet whdn we went, but expect a wsit during the summer months ad it's on one of the main routes to London. Have s pit stop here only if you've got nowhere else special to go

The staff were friendly but that is all the place has going for it. The toilets were unisex as the gents were out of order and 2 of the locks on the unisex toilets were broken and no soap in the duspensers. There was a limited selection of syrups and the whole experience was not pleasant.

We bought a lot of food in the middle of a long car journey, and the staff were polite and helpful with a member of the parties' gluten allergy. The service was surprisingly quick and the food was warm. Would come back here again, easy to get to and had more than enough parking spaces. Wouldn't recommended eating outside unless there was good weather though - the balcony wasn't very sheltering.

Really disappointing early morning visit to this Starbucks at the end of A303 near Monkton this morning. The cinnamon whirl I ordered clearly wasn't cooked properly and looked insipid & very unappetizing. Usually enjoy my pastries and coffee with you but definitely not today.
