Absolutely lovely Starbucks cafe, building is beautiful. My coffee was lukewarm and had to ask for it to be heated up more. Staff didn't seem too happy to be there. Clean and tidy though.

As you’ll see from previous reviews, this Starbucks IS one to be missed. The toilets are filthy, no loo roll or hand soap. I was going to stay for a drink but swiftly left after using the bathroom as I was concerned that if the public areas look like that, then what do the closed off areas look like? Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Lovely building in a lovely part of the country. Unfortunately though, in stark contrast, it wins the award for Britain’s dirtiest Starbucks. It’s routinely filthy, with food all over the floor, untidiness almost everywhere, and crumbs and dirt on almost every seat. It’s a large branch, but it’s a challenge to find a clean table. At first I thought it was a one-off, then a second visit I thought perhaps because it was a bank holiday, but by the third visit I’d given up trying to find excuses and realised it’s always like that. I spoke to a supervisor about it who apologised, and told me her staff members didn’t enjoy cleaning and liked to remain behind the counter. She then spent a good 15 minutes clearing the place up herself (without any help from her team members who watched from behind the counter). My advice to her would be to replace said team members or learn to manage them more effectively!

It was a standard coffee shop, although the service was probably more friendly than in other locations. It was convenient, being on the A40. The panini was nice and hot, which was a step up from other coffee establishments.
