Very rude worker called Fabio, I asked kindly to remake a drink as they gave the wrong order, he said he's not going to remake it as I already drank it which I did not! I've been to serveral Starbucks and the workers really care about their customer satisfaction, it doesn't hurt them to remake a drink, I already wasted £5, not wasting another £5 just for another drink which I actually wanted in the first place. but he said I have to pay for it. I returned the old drink to them, wasted. Very disappointed at his service. Glad to say I'm never going there again.

Had a very disappointing encounter with Fabio today. Food was alright, atmosphere wasn't the best, it was cold and dull. Definitely the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Ended up going right across the road to Costa, much better :)

A nice Starbucks, situated off a dual carriageway. Visited on a quiet weekday, service was good and festive drink selection is always my personal favourite. Interior design is good, location is good for a quick stop visit!

Putting a poor review up because I feel sorry for the staff member that was left to lone work on her own this morning. After only starting her employment a few weeks back. Didn’t think companies allowed staff to lone work now days? Manager didn’t seem to care that there was a queue before he left her to take his child somewhere.

I don't usually leave bad reviews.. This visit was really below expectations. I ordered one coffee to take away. I saw at least 3 employees. 4 customers, 2 of them happily settled with their beverages. There were dirty cups on nearly every table. A pile of cleaning equipment on the central counter where you can help yourself to sugar etc. I had to wait 5 minutes until someone even took my order. While I was waiting, an elderly gentleman came to the barista to say good bye and thank her for the coffee. She rolled her eyes and said nothing, started whispering with her colleague as soon as he turned his back. I thought this was appallingly rude. I will try to avoid this dirty joint that employs people with bad manners.
