Andrew Laws5 StarConsidering how busy coffee shops in train stations can get, it was great to feel that I had all the time in the world to make my order. The server’s name was Paul and he made me feel listened to and generally well looked after. My experience today was a masterclass in gently efficient friendly service. A credit to the brand. Beth Reeks5 StarI very cheekily asked along with my cappuccino if I could please have my flask filled with hot water as I had meant to do this earlier and due to having to catch a train I had forgotten. The very kind friendly chap who did this was very courteous and friendly and was happy to this for me. I certainly won't make a habit of this.
