Starkings and Watson have been exceptional with helping me sell my property and purchase my new one. They made the selling process super easy with no pressure and kept me in the loop throughout. I also bought through them, which meant throughout the whole process I was kept in the loop and I knew exactly what was going on. Special thanks to Sam and Melissa who were friendly, informative and super helpful. I would recommend Starkings and Watson to anyone. I can’t see how any estate agents could better their service.

I couldn't fault this company at all. I dealt with the Costessey office who were all very knowledgeable. First was a meeting with David (he valued the property) who gave sound advice and told us what to expect. The property was put on the market promptly and I was then in contact with Sam who gave regular updates and offered guidance when needed. Once the property had an offer I received regular updates from Natalie on the sales progression team. The whole team was very efficient always returned calls promptly, were attentive and knew what they were talking about. They made the whole process stress free and I always felt I was in 'safe hands'. I would have no hesitation in recommending Starkings & Watson. Thank you Costessey office.

We were kept informed of the progress of the sale regularly and they kept us fully updated us with information from the solicitors. I cannot rate Samuel and the Costessey office highly enough for all the great work they have done when selling my house. From the initial visit to take great pictures, to the well organised visiting sessions with minimal disruption, and finally the assistance with facilitating additional visits and taking meter readings after I had left the country. Despite 2 previous sales falling through due to lack of affordability and a time waster, the team remained focused and used their awareness of potential buyers to secure a 3rd buyer for better than asking price. They have been patient with my many questions and always welcomed me with a friendly face if I visited the office. Many thanks to all of the team.
