Being a young female, inexperienced and purchasing a car is scary. Stephen took great care of me and answered all my questions. I’ve had the vehicle for over a month with NO issues. Apart from when I found a hole in my exhaust. I tried to put it off for about a week but the sound was just too unbearable. I messaged Stephen as soon as I could asking if it's covered within the warranty (shocking, it wasn't haha). But Stephen was great about it, asked me to send him some pictures to figure out how he can help me. He called me the next day to book me in to have it fixed. No extra cost. No questions asked.
I was very surprised and impressed with how well he handled the situation. He immediately bought the part needed to replace the exhaust pipe and asked me when I'm available to drive down. His mechanic finished everything within 1 hour. Amazing!!

John Anonymous2 StarI am not very happy with my purchase from this dealership. I most definitely regret spending an unnecessary amount of my money on a car that has some issues and a car that is not exactly very powerful either.
These issues are:
1) Damaged front/rear windscreen wipers.
I had to then spend additional money on buying new wiper blades and installing them myself.
2) Very shallow tyre tread depth.
The tyre tread depth is just a touch more than 1.6mm, but no more than 2mm.
Once again I will have to spend additional money to replace the tyres and in fact alloys too.
There are some other issues such as tail lights, and front fog lights that were quick to stop working after just a couple of days of having my car.
At least 2 days after purchasing my car, the rear left passenger door could not be opened whatsoever. There was also mould on the inside of the rear left door.
I should mention that the prices for these sort of cars are straight preposterous.
For example a 2006 Ford Fiesta 1.2L petrol that has done over 149K miles that costs over 1,300 is both absurd and unreasonable.
It is safe to say that a driver who has just passed their driving test will avoid buying any of these 'cheap cars' from here.
I'm just trying to understand why this specific dealership sells stock, high mileage, low engine size cars for such a high price.Sunday 6th February 2022
Kirk Whetton2 StarI am leaving this review after having purchased a car from this garage at the end of July. I will pre-face this by saying that Stephen was a nice chap who helped us with our queries and everything went smoothly at first. I'm sure plenty of people have been happy with their car and had no issues, I was not so lucky.
Our vehicle developed a problem after 6 weeks. Obviously it wasn't covered under warranty, those things are completely useless. Due to the serious nature of the issue (fuel leak), we had a local garage repair the vehicle and covered the cost because warranty refused. I approached Stephen to have the cost of the repair refunded of which a £50 gesture was offered. I found this a little insulting. This didn't even pay for the cost of the part (fuel rail) or even the labor.
The after sales care is very bad here. If your car develops a fault you will be pushed and pulled by warranty who in the end, will find a reason to not pay out. Will never touch this dealership again.Wednesday 15th September 2021
Fiona Kidd5 Starwhere do i start!! i needed a family car with 7 seats on finance. i went to visit the site and there was no pressure!! i had a good look round the car took it out on a test drive on my own and was made to feel very comfortable. i decided this was the car for our family!! the whole finance application was very straightforward and no real stress and the whole process took no longer than a day and was paid out and i could pick the car up whenever i wanted. would highly recommend no problem is too big or too smallFriday 25th June 2021
