Will be returning to give it another chance. The service was slow and it wasn't very busy. The food was great and the staff very polite. Lovely daytime atmosphere

My reply to Stirrups comment to me. Not sure how to reply....are you putting out a different drinks menu....prices . I had mojito and my partner had long Island iced tea i seem to remember they were over £10 and over. So over £40 on drinks and as you say 4.25 basic fries let's say up to £50 then four burgers at minimum £10 each £90.....but I think most of your burgers were more than £10 I can safely say the bill totalled nearly £100. I was asked if everything okay twice first time I got a winch and a laugh, when they cleared the plate I was told I could have requested another. If I'm being picky what annoyed up more was the cleaning going on. Hardly the time to wipe over the pictures above head height when people eating. Will we try you again maybe but with people who like and can eat melted cheese! ....... Am i eating different food. Do people not get out much. We didn't have extras on our burgers just what it came with and one of us didn't have any dairy, and I had vegetarian. My first patty was lovely the second soggy and wet not sure why different texture, I removed and didn't eat. Those having meat were okay but had expected something really special. Fries were just fries with skin on like I cook from the freezer at home. For nearly £100 for one burger, share of chips x2 and one cocktail each ...rather a lot as no one added extra items to burgers. Review is from all of us (4 adults) stars rated 1 to 4 so did I took 3 as average.

The food was absolutely amazing and so was our waitress. However, it was a shame about the manager who was on duty. We arrived at a practically empty restaurant and were seated at a table closest to the toilet, upon request to be moved, we were told that there were other bookings and if there were any cancellations we would immediately be moved. The restaurant remained empty during our entire time there and we were not offered to be moved instead we ate our meal bothered by a couple of flies. We raised this with the manager who argued and blamed the waitress as opposed to simply listening and acknowledging that they had got it wrong this time. In a nutshell the restaurant deserves 5 stars...a shame about the mood set by the manager on duty.

Always had lovely food in there, unfortunately last night ruined my experiences after a fight broke out. It was handled poorly. We were left there feeling very uncomfortable and no one even approached with an apology. Eventually managed to flag someone down to get the bill and we left . Such a shame as food is top class.
