Sam looked after us from our first visit and was courteous, friendly, not at all pushy and was a pleasure to deal with. Initially we were just browsing to get an idea of what car would suit me and Sam listened and suggested a car we had not considered. After a test drive we decided to buy the car and i picked it up yesterday which is when we met Alex who was just as helpful and went the extra mile for us with regards to sorting out a couple of questions we had. A very pleasant experience indeed, stress free, bit of banter and exactly how good old fashioned customer service should be. More than happy to recommend . Thanks Sam and Alex. Myke Hoole5 StarToday we agreed to buy a Suzuki Vitara from Stoneacre Chesterfield. From the initial selection, the subsequent test drive and the trade in valuation, the whole process was simple and stress free.
Sam the salesman took us through the whole process and was helpful, efficient and knowledgeable, without being pushy.
