Not upfront about the true cost from the start. What started out as "£15.50 per week plus VAT", was closer to double when it was all said and done. The quote never mentioned the one-off licence fee. In addition, whilst the quote referenced that "we will arrange insurance cover for your goods whilst they are in store at our facility for peace of mind", Store and Secure never advised that they'd rob you for the privilege - the cost wasn't specified in the quote and ended up costing nearly as much as the storage! When something seems to good to be true, it usually is. They hook you in with the "introductory offer", then sting you with the insurance when you arrive. Naughty!

I used Store and Secure for nearly 6 months while I was working away and would not hesitate to recommend. They were efficient in getting me setup, really friendly and helpful every time I visited and it was no problem ending my contract. Aimee was particularly welcoming and helpful and a real asset to the company, thank you so much!

This is my second time using the storage facility and again the service from Aymi and Kevin is just amazing. Attention to detail with the customer is always there. And I can't recommend a better place to use if you would like to be treated like a human and not just a number.
