I've worked at Stradbroke for over a year now on nights and I love it! The manager Dawn who has been there since May has turned the home around for the residents and staff! I couldn't ask for a better place to work! Staff moral is fantastic and that reflects on the residents. Everyone is appreciated for all the hard work they do and Dawn is very approachable and easy to talk too.

Excellent staff and a beautiful care home. So many changes made to the home in the last few months all for the better. A new amazing manager in place who only has the best interests for the home in mind. Would highly recommend to all

A care home with a warm and friendly atmosphere, the staff are very caring and considerate. Nothing is ever too much trouble and all requests are carried out with a smile. We are always made to feel welcome on our visits and the manager is visible and approachable.
