My first experience of Pilates was excellent. Steph made me feel immediately comfy and confident. She really explains things well and has a lovely relaxing tone. Her new on line sessions are equally as good, highly recommended.

Pilates with Steph brilliant! I had a great time at her Saturday morning class, felt very looked after and comfortable having not done any pilates for a few years. Steph tailors the class to all levels and made me feel very welcome. I would highly recommend anyone of any level go and try out her classes. I'm really looking forward to my next visit.

I was a Pilates novice so whilst I’d heard of the benefits, I was nervous to take that first step. The session was so great, and so easy to follow, with different levels to fit every ability. Steph is so knowledgeable but also so friendly, so it’s a comfortable environment to learn in - can’t wait to continue. Couldn’t recommend her more! Thank you, Steph.

I attended the first Strength and Soul Pilates launch day in Preston and it was excellent. Steph has been teaching bespoke classes at our offices in Manchester for some time so it was great to see the new studio. Steph's classes are challenging, and welcoming - you can feel the burn whilst performing each exercise. Pilates has been great for my core strength, balance and for toning up. I would definitely recommend Steph and Strength and Soul Pilates studio!

Steph is a fabulous instructor, clear and knowledgable. My posture is 100 percent better and my abs are more engaged on a daily basis. The lessons focus on all parts of the body and so I feel I am getting a whole body stretch and tone. I recommend to all to come and have a go at pilates with steph.
