I'd like to thank Tim for being so friendly and helpful tonight (28/07) - he was very patient with me ordering for someone who wasn't with me, I asked for a meatball marina and they had ran out of meatballs which is understandable as it is almost 10pm, however he helped me with suggestions of another sub as I had no idea what to suggest. He also informed me of the chocolate cookies all being vegan now rather than two different ones, which is helpful as having delivery and ordering both I had been worried they'd got mixed up! Thank you so much :)

Ordered food off just eats from the new subway series menu which states which salad and sauces come included as standard on the menu. When it arrived we had been sent the toasted bread with just the meat, no salad, sauce or cheese. When trying to call them to sort this out they just let the phone ring out multiple times.

what a horrible place, would not advise anyone to visit, it was like a ghost town when I walked in, only to be greeted by an unfriendly face, I explained id never been and what was the best value for meal. He was extremely unhelpful, he didn't want to help, he was in a bad mood, subway I am sure you can do better, but this member of staff needs some customer service training, or maybe change career cuz he was not a happy chappy. I ended up leaving and going to the subway in eat central at merry hill. Oh well greeted completed different by a lady named Bav, one end of the spectrum to the other - she was a dream!!! even gave me a free cookie to apologize for his bad. Shocking!!! AVOID THIS PLACE

Just ignored the details of my order and completely sent the wrong order, tried ringing, ignored again. Sandwich was cold on arrival, not even the right size or toppings, no line to complain and get the order right on makes this a severe red flag for anyone considering takeaway with this branch, stay well clear if you’re wise
