Although, I never got to use this service, I was not impressed with the lack of customer service and professionalism. After repeated attempts I had to go elsewhere which I have to say sorted my safe. Real Master Locksmiths all the way from Cambridge.

I used the online enquiry form early evening and surprisingly received an almost immediate response back. I needed to get into my safe having accidentally locking myself out. Andy arrived the following afternoon. He was very knowledgeable, professional, quick and efficient. He successfully gained entry and reset a very old obsolete Cathedral safe and provided me with instructions for use for future reference. Prompt service, very helpful and very reasonably priced! Highly recommended!!

We discussed options to get into the property and after opting for new locks, a lock was put on within 5 minutes.
