Sunnydene is a family run guest house and you will be sure of a warm welcome, our guest house located near north beach Great Yarmouth, Sunnydene is perfectly located for exploring Great Yarmouth and the Norfolk broads, the bus service that runs from Caister to the town centre then on to Gorleston and the local hospital, runs every 10 - 15 minutes in the summer months and every 20 minutes out of season, there are bus stops very close to Sunnydene. We have 12 guest rooms 3 single rooms, 2 twin rooms, 2 family rooms and 5 double rooms, one of the twin bedded rooms is located on the ground floor , and has a wheelchair accessible wet room ideal for disabled people. Great Yarmouth is located on a sandbank between the North Sea and the river Yare, with the Norfolk Broads along the coastline . You'll find lovely seaside towns and villages all along the coastline, dotted with windmills, there are lots of museums enabling you to explore Great Yarmouth's historic past. Great Yarmouth's golden beaches cover a total of 15 miles and form a beautiful coastline with something for everyone, there are quiet deserted beaches with sand dunes where dog walkers are welcome all year, to traditional seaside beaches with bouncy castles, deck chairs and donkey rides. Don't miss the golden mile along Great Yarmouth seafront when you visit.  Great Yarmouth itself, with Britannia Pier to the north and Wellington Pier to the south, Central Beach stretches along the Golden Mile of seafront amusements, entertainment and attractions with plenty of restaurants and cafés, making it one of the best places to visit. Gorleston-on-Sea with its huge bay, children's paddling pool and yacht pond is a firm family favourite. Great place to stay. My single room was upgraded to a double on arrival. Breakfast was great and the owners are very kind, helpful and welcoming. The only thing was the water pressure in the shower needed to be the right balance with the temperature of the water

It's a great place to stay. Martin and Pam run a great BnB, and Helen is the H in their hospitality. The location was great for us. We wanted to stay a little but away from the busy downtown area but still be close to the beach. A beach is a short 5 minutes walk and town is a pleasant 15-20 minutes. A laundry mat is down the street, 2 mins, just bring your own change. And a store is right there to grab a quick snack or drinks.

Myself, my partner and our son stayed at the sunnydene for two nights, we were delighted with the accommodation very clean and tidy and a great breakfast.
