I booked my daughter’s birthday party here back in January 22 and finally had the party here in July 22. The communication with Emma between January and July was brilliant, I was able to text Emma any time and she always replied promptly. The party was 3 hours in total - an hour for soft play, an hour for food and and hour on the funfair rides. The kids (13 in total) absolutely loved the soft play and the rides so much. They were all so happy. My daughter especially loved everything about the whole experience. As long as she is happy then I am happy! I paid £233 for 13 children and a lot of my friends commented that it was great value for money As it included the funfair, soft play and food. They’re considering booking here for their children’s parties too! I accidentally left some banners at the venue and Emma has kindly offered to post them back to me. Thanks to Emma and the staff, my daughter had the best 3rd birthday celebration!

Terrible ribs and chips that were cold my son got chicken and pasta which he liked. There were no other diners and one other family who arrived and ordered were also shocked at the general low standard of the food. I would not eat there again. The young lad who served us was helpful and kind and understood what i said about barely cooked ribs. The drinks looked nice at other tables.

Location lovely. Emma was lovely. However, after booking a wake here we were told not to worry about sorting out the payment until after everything had taken place ''right now just look after your Mum and we will sort all that out after the day of the wake'' was the exact thing said to me. We had a conversation about how I'd need an Invoice to take to the bank to get it paid after the wake had taken place. Anyhow, half way through the wake I was presented with a receipt asking me to sort out payment there and then of £558 for 40 people. I was taken aback as I'd been drinking and couldn't quite understand how I was supposed to go to the bank at 4.45pm to get that sorted out not only because we were still having the wake, but because Emma had assured us we need not worry about that on the actual day. There were a few foods we were told would be served on the day that weren't, and none of the food was covered at all once served so it got anyalated with flies which resulted in obviously no one wanting to eat it. We were told cakes would be served, however they weren't until my Mum complained and said we had been told initially that cakes would be part of the food included. Very disappointed with the food considering the cost, would definitely not recommend for a wake or gathering. Emma is lovely but we weren't given what we were promised and the issue with being hassled and pressured for payment on the actual day after being assured that was to be sorted at a later date once an invoice had been issued leaves me very disappointed not only with that situation but the food hygiene with the flies. Massive waste of money and wish we didn't bother with the food at all.

Had several alcoholic drinks sat at the top viewing deck looking out to a beautiful sun drenched view of Portland and Bowlease beach. Add the lovely Emma (sunset bar manager) bringing drinks to us frequently with a smile and a chat made our visit brilliant. Thanks Emma.

Excellent service. James the manager was awesome. He even gave us and another couple a little discount after a challenge he gave me that I won 😄. Would highly recommend and would certainly visit again next time my wife and I go to weymouth. There was even one of the chefs that we spoke was a funny guy but I didn't catch his name.
