We used Jennifer at Surrey abodes to move at the end of last year. We cannot recommend Jennifer more highly. From start to finish the service she provided was excellent. Communication was always great and all we were kept up to date throughout the process. Using Surrey abodes is definitely a great decision, the service is more personal and friendly than using some other chain estate agents. Jennifer managed to make a time that is usually stressful, easy and smooth!

Estate Agencies have changed a lot in recent years. Jennifer Porter's Surrey Abodes is a rare independent agent who focuses on providing great service whilst also being very plugged in to the selling business. She has great connections, contacts and advice and spends time personally guiding the sale through its many twists and turns with a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw on. Being small has clear benefits and she exploits them to the customer's benefit. Although our sale was a little tricky she managed to keep everything on track and focus on the important facets keeping us well informed at every turn. There is no substitute for the personal touch. Jenniffer at Surrey Abodes played a significant role in our house purchase process and walked the extra mile to make sure the communication between solicitors/financial advisor and even our own estate agents (our sale) are synchronised. Most of the time Jenniffer was the first one to convey the messages to us and the person who linked all other pieces of the chain. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her, her friendliness along with the honest professionalism make us at ease in the complete house buying process. Jennifer at Surrey Abodes has been brilliant, from the moment I arranged my viewing through to sorting out snagging issues. This is only my second time dealing with an estate agent as a tenant & as the property had only just been refurbished there have been some issues to sort out, but the professionalism and friendly communication has been in a different class to the well-known chain I previously used.
