Woriya Ali (ali77)1 StarI bought a battery I was told it had 3 years warranty, battery went flat after 8 months, I returned the battery twice both times they checked and said the battery is fine I took the car to the main dealer for diagnosis the dealership said the battery is gone they and still didn't refund. time wasters and selling rubbish.Monday 28th February 2022

Mark Whitehead2 StarPlaced an order for a startermotor was told 2/3 days, so i rang on day 3 then was told it was not there, then I ask for a call back, no call back then after ringing several times got through to be told it is at another branch, if they had told me this I would of collected it from there so I wouldn't of missed my garage appointment, very poor customer service, will not be using them again.Sunday 12th December 2021

But I have found over the last few visits that there is staff that are more than helpful and will go out their way to source a part. Then there is the staff that are just purely there to do no more than required. ie if you don't have a part number or reg number you may as well bang your head against a wall.Monday 12th April 2021
linda street1 Starpaid cash for parts. parts were not used as I had been incorrectly advised and could not get my money back when I returned unopened goods. I was given a credit note......no good to me as I do not require anything else from them. Definitely won't use this place again. very disappointed.Friday 1st December 2017
