They lost my bank cheque that I deposited at this post office 10 days ago ... and worst they could not help me track it or tell me what happened to it!!! TOO BAD!!!

Ignorent try and smile sometimes, half of the time they don't want to talk or help you solve things, a lot of time they tell you they can't do it at post office, and tell you to go on Internet and apply, when you have already clearly checked it can be done at the post office, even when taxing a vehicle, when a pensioner needs to tax a car they say they can't do it, even when photos have been taken of the paperwork needed for the car tax and its all correct, they still say they can't do it,, a joke,

Every time I go to this post office I am made to feel uncomfortable by the staff, there is one lady in particular who is completely miserable and treats people with no respect and little patience. I am an efficient customer as I have lots to post at my local branch where I have no issues, but whenever I go to this post office the lack of customer service is appalling! Long queues too.

A service with a smile isn't a lot to ask for is it? Im an eBay seller and have to endure visiting this particular post office on a regular occasion. I pre pay for all my parcels whilst keeping within the parcel size regulations. I do this to make it easier for the staff and to make sure I don't get overcharged. Every single time I've visited to post off my parcels, I feel like my day is spoiled because of arrogant, rude, miserable looking staff who don't take your friendliness into consideration. It's gotten to the point where I now have to have someone accompany me to this post office because the behaviour of the staff was becoming unbearable. It's such a disappointment considering that postmen/postwomen are absolutely lovely. Oh, and If a member of the staff tells you they can't accept a prepaid parcel because 'it doesn't fit' through their letterbox template (when you've measured it and it fits within the guidelines), take it to a different post office. I have to do this regularly and the parcel always gets sent. But I shouldn't have to travel out of my way just to get a small job done.
