Foyers Our Foyers provide a safe, caring place for young people aged 16-25 years of age who need supported housing to live, learn and make the transition to independent adulthood. Swan Care South and Extra Care Our personalised and enabling approach means that people can maintain their independence, stay in their home for as long as possible and most importantly, enjoy life. Sheltered homes Our sheltered accommodation places the health and wellbeing of our older residents at the heart of what we do, with an emphasis on reducing loneliness and isolation. Swan Care North Working in partnership with Anglian Community Enterprise and the North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group, we have developed an innovative and responsive service to assist with meeting the increasing demands on local hospitals. Supported living We have over 200 properties throughout Essex, with a mixture of self-contained flats, bedsits and shared houses specifically dedicated to housing and support for people with a learning disability.
