Lawrence5 StarI had a bad experience with *Palfords and needed some advice on my broken-down car. Unfortunately for me, it’s my first car and its looking like its coming to the end of its life. Not something I’ve really come to terms with yet.
I called for the first time this afternoon and got through to a lady; sorry I didn't get a name, who passed me over to Warren. I asked for his advice.
Not only was he willing to listen to my story, but he gave me his honest advice like a friend would. He never tried to sell himself, book me in for a service or force anything down my throat like most sales people do.
Long story short, he advised me to go back and get a recently replaced part looked at and replaced under warranty, as it was the cheapest option for me and most likely to be the cause. He explained himself with such clarity and layman's terms that I was easily able to understand his reasons.
Not only am I extremely thankful for his 5-minute call, but also for his willingness to help someone who has never contacted him before. He owed me nothing.
I will be using SwiftFit as my main service and MOT centre.
