We had T&R replace sash windows throughout our house around 4 years ago. Installation went well and both Matt & Ben were friendly and helpful. However since discovering a tilt & turn window/door has been leaking for a while we have been very frustrated at the lack of professionalism and aftercare that they offer. Initially T&R were responsive and on their advice we tried a few things but it did not stop the leak, they then agreed to come out, take a look and hopefully resolve the issue. Since then T&R ignore messages and don't return calls. We were told they would try and come at the end of one week or it would be the start of the next. Near the time we tried to make contact to try and establish if they knew which of those days they would be available, no response, tried again the start of the next week, no response, tried again towards the end of that week (past the agreed time window) and they apologised and said they would try the week after... this was about 5 weeks ago and we have never managed to get in contact ever again. It is important to note that we would have been happy to pay for any required work and also told T&R that we were also happy to instruct someone we just wanted them to confirm whether they would be coming over or not (obviously no response). It was so unnecessarily frustrating dealing with T&R, we knew they were receiving and reading messages as aside from calls, all correspondence was via WhatsApp. We cannot understand why they were so unprofessional, especially when we gave them an out and just wanted to know whether they were going to come or not. All we wanted was the door not to leak. TLDR: use someone else

I would have no hesitation in recommending T&R. They are so much more than window/conservatory fitters! From the first meeting, Matt came up with plenty of good ideas for our garage conversion and explained the process clearly. He has an eye for detail and consulted us every step of the way to make sure we were happy with the choice of materials and style of doors, handles etc. Matt managed the project really well and has an excellent team to call upon for every aspect of work involved. It was a pleasure to have Ben and Shane here working, and it’s not often you can say that about workmen. They worked tirelessly and nothing was too much trouble. Also they left everywhere as clean and tidy as they could and there was no worrying about leaving them alone in the house.
