Rude on the phone. Never available. Taxis are always filthy. Prices are decent, and some of the drivers are lovely, but I've had too many bad experiences with them now, so I wouldn't recommend them anymore.

Ive only used this company a handful of times one of the times the driver was texting and driving constantly on his phone i put a complaint in but seemed to have nothing happen, i got no updates on the matter but otherwise the company is a decent service very nice people and bery respectful

I have used T&T several times. Unfortunately on this occasion the driver they sent was the worst experience we’ve ever had. He seemed to be drunk or on drugs while driving. He couldn’t stay in his own lane, was swerving all over the road and we were only saved from crashing after shouting at him to “brake” while he drove at speed at standstill traffic. We were very lucky to avoid a crash and we only did because the car in front of us moved into the central reservation to allow us space to stop. We had to ask him to pull over on the hard shoulder to ask him if he was ok to drive. It was a very scary experience and when we reported it to T&T we didn’t get so much as an apology. We cancelled our return journey home with them as they could offer no other diver and we refused to get back in the car with that man. I won’t use them again for fear of our safety. That driver should never be allowed to take passengers again.

Far cheaper than Steve’s and the driver was really nice. Will use again. Sounds silly but I use taxis a lot for work and he was really good when I took some calls. He actively declined some of his while I was on and to me that’s great service.
