Sadly we had an engine fault that stopped the car at Sutton Bridge whilst en-route to Cumbria. After a short wait, Paul from Tears was on hand to find the fault (a cover from the engine that had jammed the fan) and then arrange for his colleague Andy to drive us and our Irish Terrier all the way home to Brampton (200 plus miles)! Fantastic service and a really friendly and dedicated team to sort out a car disaster - Thank you Tears!!

Excellent customer service , professional, honest and fair. Travelling on tour from Manchester to great Yarmouth and beyond I had an abs warning on dashboard, the company diagnosis cost was fair and reasonable , once work commenced other serious safety issues were discovered , IE leaking gator spaying grease onto brake pads, this was relayed to me via a telephone call and a fair price to remedy the issues was agreed . Works carried out to a high standard. Top marks 10/10

Excellent service, were on call for Green Flag, our old battery was the original and was on its way to battery heaven, Gareth was polite, friendly and professional, diagnosed the issue and swapped out the battery for a new one, Leaving me very relieved as we live in the country side and rely heavily on our car.
