Used to be a great local until the baker stopped waking up early enough to get your bread and croissants ready in time for breakfast. If you want fresh bread for lunch then fine..but for breakfast forget it! Staff great and friendly and great selection of food.

Variable service especially if using self scan where we tend to find staff walk off or aren't bothered. On the latest visit we were even shouted at and told off by a staff member who was talking to her mates. It's a real shame because if you get the right staff you get a friendly 'traditional' and professional service. As someone else said, it only takes one or two to bring a place down. Having just moved to the area, sometimes I drive 10 minutes to Bicester instead and have never had anything but excellent service there.

Viviane provided expert customer service on the till, your availability was stunningly good for a Bank Holiday Monday & as ever my Tesco Club Card saved me money on what I needed. Viviane gave me a chance to nominate a charity for funds & was very polite & helpful as was Sandra to other customers on the self service tills. Your staff & products are highly impressive and since signing up for your Club Card a few months ago I have saved plenty of money. All in all am a very satisfied customer who loves shopping at your local Kidlington store. Full marks all round ! P.S. To update my review I have just filled in an online customer survey praising both Viviane & Sandra for an excellent job well done.I encourage anyone who reads this to fill in such a survey to thus show gratitude & respect to hard working staff in this excellent local branch of Tesco. And to further update my review I saved £6 thanks to my Club Card this morning, have requested a £5 voucher thanks to my Club Card points & received excellent customer service from Hilary & will doubtless be filling in another online survey to say thanks for yet another excellent shopping experience !
