Our vision is to make female fitness fun from the comfort of your own home.  No sweaty gyms or big intimidating equipment. Music, laughter and all the support you need to achieve your health and fitness goals.  

Based in Petersfield, Hampshire we want to show women that improving their lifestyle and fitness levels doesn't need to be daunting or time consuming. Simply making small changes can have a huge impact.

We want to empower women and show them that exercise can become something that they 'want to do' rather than just something they are 'told to do'.

It isn't about creating the perfect body, it's about feeling good, energised, happy and strong so you can make the most out of life.

I couldn't recommend Tessa enough! I've really enjoyed our sessions together. Tessa always makes sure that each session is fun, empowering and positive! I always leave feeling stronger and proud of how much progress i've made. Thank you so much Tessa for, helping me achieve my goals, making me feel more positive about training, and for always being supportive! I've learnt so much on my fitness journey and I am extremely grateful for that.

Tessa and her training are both quite simply fabulous. Her workouts and advice have completely transformed my approach to exercise, fitness and health. She highlights the need for doing a little consistently to achieve anything as opposed to everything, burning out and then not doing anything. The workout regimes are exactly what I was looking for, everything was tailored to my goals. Even more importantly for me personally, Tessa helped me identify some goals and discuss things that I was struggling with. When I first started training with her I had hit a complete wall with how I felt about myself, my body and what to do about being unhappy. However, in the last year, actually doing some resistance training and HIIT along with addressing and changing my attitude towards myself has put me in a much better place! I can’t recommend Tessa’s PT enough, she is lovely and makes you work harder than you think you can.

Tessa is fantastic! I have been working with Tessa for nearly a year and it is undoubtedly the best thing I have ever done. The results have been better than I could have imagined, I feel stronger and fitter than I ever have. Tessa listens to what it is you want to achieve and then works with you on a program to focus on your goals. She is motivating, challenging, really good fun and if like me you get a little carried away she will make sure you aren't overdoing it. I can not recommend Tessa highly enough.
