One of the most impressively located sites on the network, Tewkesbury Abbey Club Campsite is only a short walk from the charming old town of Tewkesbury. In fact, it's almost in the shadow of the ancient Abbey from which it takes its name. With superb mature trees screening the caravan park, you and your family will feel tucked away in a quiet dream of days gone by.

Tewkesbury Abbey Club Campsite makes it conveniently easy to explore the nostalgic delights of the old town on foot - there are many historic buildings, and interesting walks to be had, as well as some excellent museums. On Wednesdays and Saturdays you can track down the odd bargain or two at the local market, or if history is more your bag you can walk the Battle Trail commemorating the famous Wars of the Roses (1471). The caravan site also offers opportunity for the romantic - take a boat cruise on the peaceful river to experience the beautiful Avon landscapes. Other places not to be missed are the Cotswold villages of Broadway, Winchcombe and Moreton-in-Marsh. There are good transport links to Cheltenham, Gloucester and Worcester and a little further afield, the Malvern Hills and Forest of Dean offer great walking opportunities. The site also makes an ideal stopover if you're heading towards the south west of the country.

We look forward to welcoming you in the new enlarged and improved reception area. We have also constructed a brand new amenity block with modern bathroom and shower facilities with family bathroom. There are 50 new all-weather pitches of which 18 are fully serviced, new motorhome waste and service points, landscaping on site and other site wide improvements.

Terms and conditions - Only 10% fully refundable deposit - offer extended*Standard booking deposits (i.e non promotional bookings) are fully refundable if you cancel or amend your booking up to 21 days before your stay. The deposit for each booking will either be 10% of the total value of the stay or a £20 minimum, if the price of the stay is less than £20, then the total price of the stay will be required as the deposit. Book by 31 December 2023.

Great location. Steeped in history. Must follow the rules for parking your caravan or motor home. Stick within their guidelines otherwise you may have to move your vehicle. Do as they say to avoid disappointment. The warden’s know best. Shower facilities are spotless. Good sized pitches. Good park area just outside the caravan site to walk your dog. Small shop in the reception area. Good for short or long stay visits. Pay and display car park outside the caravan site. No visitors parking on site. Plenty of local walks around the town and area. 30 seconds and you are in the town.

Fantastic campsite, great location. Very friendly staff. My only gripe is the length of the walk from some of the pitches to the facilities. It was not a problem for us as we were there in the September heatwave but it would be awful in the rain. Like previous comments, paths really need to be added to address this. It is clear people try to take shortcuts through pitches due to the amount of signs asking you not too so. It wouldn't put us off returning but would want a pitch nearer facilities.

Fabulous site, we had a grass pitch and of course, it's not rained for weeks so all fine. Might be different in wetter conditions. Really close to town and the Abbey which were both interesting to visit.

Site as usual very good with clean facilities , but it is far too expensive as is the majority of the clubs sites. The new charges system based on availability is just dreadful and a disgusting way to screw more money out of its members. I have been a member for 35 years and will be considering my options Numerous caravanners and motor homers have complained about the high site charges It’s time for a revolution!!!
