I've been coming here atleast every other few months for the past year. And bring my boyfriend some times too. Always a great massage for both of us. I had an aromatherapy massage for one hour with Jana. She was amazing! Was one of the best massages I had there. I felt so relaxed, a job well done! Professional, friendly and very holistic. She took care of every muscle. She has a great touch and look forward to requesting her for my next massage :) Thank you so so much Jana!

Don’t waste your in this parlour time. A masseuse called Angie , I heard now she is part owner changed my appointment time just 15 min before to an hour later which I actually received via text without giving any excuse. I asked the receptionist if there is any other masseuse & she said none available so I didn’t have a choice although I was on my way but to cancel it. This happened to me last time but they manage to get another masseuse The receptionist said that she was very sorry but she couldn’t do anything as Angie is the owner. This means that she can do anything without giving you any reason. No professionalism at all.

I have been coming to Thai Quarters regularly for around one year. I made an appointment yesterday which took 4 and a half minutes on the phone to do with a female receptionist. She confirmed my booking for today. All was well. I showed up for my booking today and a gentleman at reception said he could not find my booking. I showed him my phone and the call that was made for 4 plus minutes yesterday and he just assumed I was making the whole thing up. He told me all Therapists are busy and did not apologise even once or did he offer to rebook me. I come here three times a month and never experienced this shocking customer service. I will not be returning. The most coincidental thing is I told a good friend about this experience and she said the exact same thing happened to her two weeks ago. She will not be going to this place again. Please be cautious when you take time out of your day to attend a booking that they will not accommodate you. As a local I will not be attending this place ever again and will look elsewhere.

Awful experience right from the beginning. I constantly asked the massage therapist to lower the pressure and she didn't even though she could tell I was really uncomfortable. Two days later, and I have bruises on my legs from where she applied too much pressure!

Nice and clean surroundings with a variety of massages available. The staff are friendly and clearly in high demand as I volunteer get a same day appointment. I would advise you to book early to avoid disappointment.
