This is a genuine family run business, the ladies are lovely and helpful no matter how busy it is and it’s always busy. It’s been a tough time for small businesses these last few years and I’m so happy I found my dream dress in this shop. After I ordered the dress it came in quicker than expected, when I tried it on I was sad as the supplier made it to order and it didn’t fit quite right. The ladies reassured me they would put it right and a few weeks later I returned and they’d stuck to their word. My beautiful dress fit perfectly and I had many compliments on my wedding day. Other reviews mention about the stressed atmosphere, well imagine having to serve people from two years worth of weddings/proms etc, the ladies do their best and we just need some patience. If it’s busy but it’s your turn, they will not rush you and you’ll get the same great service. If you want a more personal experience find a bridal boutique and make an appointment but you will end up paying £1000s. Thank you ladies! Keep doing what your doing ☺️

If you want to visit a place with friendly staff and good customer service, than I do NOT recommend going here. Upon arrival we were greeted with stressed, flustered staff who immediately made the atmosphere feel tense and awkward. We chose a selection of dresses and eventually managed to try them on. We all shared one changing room due to availability which wasn't a problem, however while my bridesmaids were in the middle of changing, the curtain flew open with no warning to check on us. This happened not once, but twice! After we had chosen our dresses, we proceeded to the counter to purchase them. The lady at the till seemed totally disinterested about the whole process. She asked us what sizes we wanted, but we aren't professionals and said that the size they tried on was a bit small, but that was the only dress of that style on the rack. I assumed they would be measured, but she used guess work and wrote down a totally random size for each dress, even insulting one of my bridesmaids in the process. The lady at the till told us that there were other dresses at the back and we were at fault for not asking, however we were never told this information and are certainly not mind readers. This should have been made aware to us on arrival! The lady at the till showed complete unprofessionalism throughout. She was constantly bad mouthing other customers to us, and even insulted a poor disabled man who came into the shop, doing absolutely no harm. Looking for and buying bridesmaid dresses should be an exciting time. However, the rudeness of the staff put a dampner on the day. If my wedding wasn't fast approaching and had plenty more time to shop around, I certainly wouldn't have chosen to purchases my dresses there. A month later, I received a badly worded text message, notifying me that the dresses I had PAID for, are out of stock. I was asked to bring my bridal party back to the store, to select some different dresses. I was disappointed and upset that the dress availability wasn't checked before purchase. I requested a full refund on all dresses as my order wasn't fulfilled and my trust for this company was broken. Throughout this process, I didn't receive a single apology or any sympathy for their mistakes. Please don't waste your time by shopping here. It'll leave you feeling frustrated, uncomfortable and angry!

Had a lovely shopping experience here with my fiancée and friends and family - there is a huge variety of beautiful dresses available and the staff were very helpful with trying on and even recommending other dresses they thought we might like! The prices are also amazingly good value, especially given the incredible detail on the dresses! I also really liked the accessories they offer and will likely be buying my wedding shoes here as I love how delicate the white lace ones look.

Visited with my mum, mother in law and friend on Sunday after being made to wait 2.5 hours at another Bridal shop. Didn't realise there was another Bridal shop in the Marlands so maybe it was meant to be! I'd never tried on a wedding dress before so it was a bit overwhelming at first, with so much choice of beautiful dresses. It was a brilliant experience though! The ladies were so helpful, taking dresses off mannequins, allowing me to try as many as I wanted with no time limit or pushiness, even picking out dresses they thought would suit me. We weren't rushed at all and it was a really pleasant experience, compared to the one I had at another store, afterwards. I'll be back to have another look when I'm less overwhelmed with decisions! ☺ Thank you!

After a day of wedding dress shopping this was the last shop we visited. I thought I had found my dress already but when I visited the store I truly found my dream dress. I felt like a princess. The owner and her daughter were amazing and made us feel so welcome. Absolutely delighted with my purchase 🙌
