Boley Hill is not only a gorgeous venue but one of the best run venues I've had the pleasure to work out. I don't often say this as a wedding photographer, but everyone at there is so lovely I want to go back again and again and again! Choosing the right suppliers for your wedding will make a huge difference when you're planning and on your wedding day. Starting with a good venue that works with other great suppliers is key! If you like gorgeous view, beautiful light and great service, you can book Botley Hill Barn in a heartbeat.

It has been nearly three weeks since our wedding and I can safely say it was the most magical day of our lives! Botley was the first place we viewed and in the end the only venue because we knew right there and then that this was the place we wanted to get married in. It is in a stunning location and our guests’ made comments throughout the day about how lovely it was. We were very fortunate with the weather and were able to get some stunning photos. It was lovely that you could have both official ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening music /activities all on the same site rather than travelling from place to place. Kate, Rachel and the rest of the Botley team were extremely helpful, kind and patient from the very beginning. They were very good organising everything on the big day and especially keeping me calm on the day. They reassured us about everything and it ran so smoothly. We had complete trust in their capabilities. Botley have a number of suppliers who they have worked with and trust and I would definitely recommend looking at their list because we used Two Many Cooks for our meal, Dora Kovacs as our florist and Sharon Lord for our cake and we were not disappointed. I would recommend this venue to anyone thinking of having their wedding. Such a special venue and you will not regret it! Thank you again to you all for making our day as special as it was. It's been 4 weeks since our wedding and I am still coming down from cloud nine from the best day ever! My sister-in-law sent us a link to Botley Hill Barn when we first got engaged in August 2020 and said you MUST put this venue on the list. And I am so glad she did. We live in Sydney, so had to rely on our family to do the viewing but Kate was extremely helpful, letting us have longer to look around on FaceTime, and answering my numerous questions over email. I don't think I ever waited longer than 48 hours for a response to an email, and more often they were answered within 24 hours. The set up and service you receive when hosting your wedding with Kate, Rachel and the team is worth every penny. We really didn't need to worry about anything being missed, because they had a really easy to use portal for all the wedding and timing issues, and have great relationships with the food suppliers they work with which means they do a lot of the organising behind the scenes. Our guests couldn't speak highly enough about the slick operation and lovely staff (both catering staff with Two Many Cooks and bar staff through the Botley). What I valued the most, was the care and attention when I didn't expect it. We were getting married down the road at St Peter's Church, Limpsfield. I was getting anxious waiting for the wedding care to come back and collect us, but Rachel was stood with my Dad and I, knowing the right things to say and keep me calm until I went off to the church. When we arrived back from the church, Rachel & Lily met us at the gate, and asked our guest transport (double decker bus) to wait for us to come back so we could take photos. They seemed genuinely excited and happy for us on our special day, which was felt by us and our guests. I'll miss the wedding catch ups with the team, but will be reliving it through our gorgeous photos. Thanks again Botley team Lucy and Daniel Hogan xxx

We recently provided the sax and dj package for a wedding at the venue and have to say it is one of the best venues we have ever visited. The staff were extremely professional, the food incredible and the venue had the real factor. A must visit for any bride and groom to be!

We had such a great time DJing for Chris & Lauren's wedding here. We can't even begin to describe how amazing Botley Hill Barn is. The barn itself has such a cosy, welcoming feel whilst being an absolutely stunning backdrop for a wedding, both inside and out. Looking forward to coming back soon!!!
