A good boozer’s pub. A refreshing and rather creamy pint of Bass, decent price for the pint and plenty of seating in the shade behind the pub itself.

Lots of seats outside, it was roasting hot so it was nice to sit outside, just a bit cluttered with all the tables and marquee around the back . A great place to chill after walking the dogs or just a ramble on the numerous walks in and around the area. Dog friendly and plenty of outdoor seating well worth a look.
