We called in, as usual, to the boathouse tea rooms, our first visit for 2 years, and all I can say is, what a difference, and not in a good way. Please owners, do away with paper containers and wooden implements, and reintroduce previous quality tea room crockery, cutlery and customer service!!Monday 28th March 2022

Ephaxia2 StarFood was really nice, but expect national trust prices, due to the monopoly of the business. We got a very small pot of potato wedges (8 wedges) and this was £2.50! I wouldn't expect mcdonalds prices, but the portion sizes are far below similar dining establishments average size.Sunday 1st May 2022
