Nice little pub. Only been there a couple of times long time ago. Pleasantly surprised. Good beer and friendly staff. Nice sunny garden to the rear.

Dark and cozy pub, beware of the steep stairs to the garden area. Only stopped for a pint which was fine, but can't judge the food quality. Dog friendly.

It feels like trourists are not welcomed here! I found this place while driving so that my dog can take some rest and I can have lunch at the same time (board said the lunch timings are from 12:30 till 8 PM). When I entered the restaurant I was not welcomed at all and the bar girl noticed and just ignored me. When I reached out and asked if food is served, she just refused!! I felt embarrassed and just left the pub, so basically I was denied the food for whatever reason they had in their mind. I would never recommend this place because of rude staff and my horrible experience.

Great local pub, friendly and welcoming staff. Very good fish and chips, enjoyed with a solid selection of local beers and ciders on tap.
