OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19!
We at The Carpet Cleaner are taking the current situation with regard to Covid-19 very seriously. We continued to follow all the guidance and best practice issued by the Public Health England and the NHS. As a company, we understand the concerns that the situation has bought, especially with regard to contact with other persons, however please be assured that we will continue to safeguard our clients during the coming months and will reduce any risk to you from our time spent in your home as far as is reasonably practical.
Our hygiene standards are exemplary and we will continue a non-contact approach when face to face with our clients. Keeping yourself, your home and your carpets clean is part of the good hygiene practice we are all being advised to follow anyway so if you are in any doubt about the risk while having your carpets cleaned do contact us so that we can talk you through our approach and hopefully allay any fears you have regarding having the work completed.

Our clients are always making remarks about our van, kitted out with a state of the art truck mount cleaning unit. Most have never experienced such a thorough clean before.

Quicker Drying Times — Truck mount cleaning dries at least 50% quicker than professional portable machines.
Healthier — This machine is kept outside your premises in my van, so there is no dirty, damp air blowing from the machine exhaust inside your home, all noise is outside, no heavy plant comes into your home.
Fully self-contained — With a truck mounted system the hot water can be supplied and I use my own power too (not yours). I also take all the waste water away with me for recycling (not put down your loo or over your garden!).
Better for your carpets — Also with the extra power of a truck mount system, we use safer, milder carpet cleaning detergents which are better for both your carpet and the environment.
Results are spectacular — The engine powering this system is LPG powered, very clean, no nasty exhaust smells, and makes 22 horse power. Compare this with an ordinary electric portable machine that generates around 3/4 horse power from a plug socket, you see a large difference in performance power.
