The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues is our priority and we are immensely proud of our frontline colleagues and the work they are doing at this unprecedented time to serve our customers, members and local communities. We have taken immediate steps to help them to follow all the precautions advised by NHS and Public Health England. Additional hand sanitiser has been provided to all stores and they are all following increased, rigorous cleaning protocols of the store and all fixtures. We are working hard with suppliers to maintain stocks, to help our colleagues in stores offer choice to customers. We have also launched a recruitment drive to support our colleagues and to ensure that our shelves remain stocked and stores remain open.

Clean and well stocked though the tills could use a rethink... 2 or 3 conventional checkouts in a row with 2 small self service ones.. the queue seemed to be for both with a lot of confusion over who was queued for the self service and who was waiting for a normal checkout

Handy store for the village but not large enough to be competitively priced. Find it better to drive to Norwich, only 6 minutes away.

Well placed, convenience shop, good choice of products, reasonably priced. ATM in store. Currently the only shop in Mulbarton since the Post Office recently closed... possibly temporarily, (?).

They are lovely and even more amazing during lockdown. Considering that the shop is staffed by a young team, they are a credit to East of England Coop and the village 10/10
