Welcome to the Crown
A warm welcome awaits you at The Crown Inn in the beautiful and historic village of Linton, just 8 miles south of Cambridge.
Joel and Sam have been running this successful and popular pub for over 30 years.
It boasts a cosy bar area with a real fire, just as you would expect in a 17th century coaching inn, full of nooks and crannies. There’s a sofa seating area for those that want to relax, or take a seat at the bar and order from our extensive selection of beverages.
Meals are served in the bar area and also in our large, light conservatory restaurant. We pride ourselves in offering a varied menu prepared by our professional chefs. We use trusted local suppliers and seasonal produce. Our daily specials board features fresh fish and meat dishes and if we can tempt you to try our puddings, we know you will not be disappointed.

Jane Andrews5 StarJust moved to Linton and popped in for some dinner with a friend. I was so pleased to find, not only gluten free beer, but also gluten free fish and chips and gluten free pudding!!
Wonderful friendly service from Amy and a thoroughly enjoyable meal (I even squeezed in a chocolate brownie!), and much less than I expected to pay for a gluten free dinner for two.
Lovely relaxed atmosphere and will definitely be returning for some of the gluten free sticky toffee pudding 🤤 somewhere I would happily visit alone, knowing a warm welcome awaits.Monday 24th October 2022

On the day, everything laid out in preparation, friendly staff took pre meal drinks orders and we got the impression that they aimed to please. Courses delivered efficiently and food good.
