Derek Perry5 StarModern and comfortable, with character. The food was also great - not a massive menu (dinner) - more a focus on quality. All staff members were incredibly helpful. If you're doing the Hadrian's Wall walk it's also a top location as only 5 minutes drive from the trail.Tuesday 23rd May 2023
Andrea Meadow5 StarThis place is amazing! Beautifully set out with the most friendly staff! The rooms are very well appointed and have everything you need even down to an ice bucket and complimentary beer and gin tin! It is spotlessly clean! We stayed for a winter break which was 2 nights bed and breakfast for £199! Bed was very comfy and breakfast was delicious with lots of choice! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff! As guests you also get access to the mezzanine which is a library! Again a lovely touch! We will be back and would defiantly recommend!Tuesday 14th February 2023
Lucas Bernard5 StarWow! From the moment we checked in until check out, my partner and I were delighted with everything. Donna at reception was so friendly and helpful. Sarah in the restaurant was really kind and accomodating. We absolutely loved our chateaubriand and our bottle of wine and the suite was flawless. Big thanks to Laura who was really helpful in our correspondence via emails. Every member of staff really is an asset to the business and know how to make their guests feel comfortable and cared for. Alan Curtis5 StarMy partner and I and dog Peppa spent two nights over the weekend and have to say this was a fantastic experience to say the least. Our room which was immaculate was also set up for the dog also with bed, treats and a patio on ground floor for that last walk before you retire. A perfect weekend break we had drinks in the bar afternoon tea in the lounge etc etc we used the full facilities and could not fault them or the staff, who were ever so friendly. The local walk about 2 miles away (Talking Tarn) a must if you stay with a dog or not, splendid place to visit. Brampton again lovely little dainty village. All in all 10/10 for the Fleece......
